Throughout your therapy, we provide your doctor and clinic with 24/7 technical support, training, therapy updates, extensive online resources, and a local Medtronic representative who is only a call away.
Whenever you need medical care for your DBS or an unrelated medical condition, make sure you tell the healthcare provider that you have an implanted Medtronic DBS system. Give the healthcare provider the name and number of the doctor who manages your therapy — it will be on your Medtronic Device Identification Card. If your doctor cannot be reached and there is an immediate need, healthcare professionals can call Medtronic Clinician Services at 800-328-0810 or 24/7 Technical Services at 800-707-0933.
